We here at uFrag.net believe that you the customer should have the best quality service possible, whilst at the same time, having as much freedom to use our service as you wish.
We will be doing our very best to provide a quality, reliable service at the best possible price for YOU! We can only achieve this with a little help from you - the customer. To assist us with providing you with the best service possible, while at the same time providing you with maximum freedom to use the service, we must insist on a few basic terms (please see below)...
Terms:

1) Duration of contract
Your service will last for the duration that you have paid for. If you order and pay for a yearly service on the 14th of March 2009, your service will expire on the 14th of March 2010 (unless additional payment is provided to renew the service prior to expiration). We reserve the right to suspend / terminate your service with us should you be found to use your service outside of our '(Un)Acceptable Use' policy (please refer to section 3).

2) Quality of service
We aim to provide our users with the best possible services, at the best possible prices. We strive to maintain top-level 'uptime'. uFrag.net puts our customers first. We believe that customer support is a crucial part of any self-respecting company, and thus provide comprehensive support via our live chat service and support tickets.. Our strong support team is a key part in providing a quality service to you. Such high quality can only be achieved if users adhere to the few requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions (particular attention to be paid to section 3 & 4.

3) (Un)Acceptable Use Policy

In an ideal world, we would love our users to have unlimited freedom. This is unfortunately not practical. We at uFrag.net must insist that users do not abuse, or in any way use our services in any of the following manners, or in such a manner which may lead to the degradation in service quality for others:
Users must not: * Use the service(s) provided by us, to promote or propagate warez or pirated software / music, pornography, or other similar illegal activities.
* Use of our service(s) provided by us, to Spam, Hack, DoS Attacks or any similar activities.
* Do anything that may infringe upon the reputation of uFrag.net.
* Use any of the service(s) provided by uFrag.net to promote other businesses other than uFrag.net. This includes using Teamspeak 2 Servers and Gaming Servers. The use of Dedicated Servers to promote "Server Company's" or "Hosting Companies" other than uFrag.net is allowed.

4) Abusive Remarks
Discrimination, racialism, and remarks regarding uFrag.net, uFrag.net staff, clan members, customers, and company sponsors is regarded as an offence, and can lead to suspension or termination of your account and permanent ban on all our systems, you will not have the right to claim a refund or use legal action against us.

5) Contract Renegotiation

If uFrag.net receives an unforeseen price increase in our bandwidth, dedicated servers and/or circumstances beyond its control that alter the performance of the service we have may have to renegotiate your current contract before the expiry date, unfortunately this may result in an increase in your monthly payments.

6) Indemnity
The User shall indemnify uFrag.net against any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable lawyer's fee and expenses arising out of:
The User breaching or its non-observance of these Terms and Conditions; or Any breach or inaccuracy in any of the User's representation or warranties.

Conditions:

1) Changing our terms
uFrag.net Reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice

2) Refunds

To maintain a fair relationship between clients, we will only issue refunds for unacceptable circumstances. These wil;l be definded by uFrag staff..

3) Slot changing, passworded servers and branded servers

Under no circumstances can the User change there server slots to above what they originally paid for, remove the password from a private server or DeBrand your server, unless addition payment is made for increased slots or change the server to a public server. When you receive your server it may be issued with a "Stock Configuration File". We will allow 48 hours for this file to be modified to be within your agreed contract. Please note our control panel does monitor and inform uFrag.net admins of any changes. In the event of a user breaching these rules your sever may be disabled, It is your responsibilty to contact uFrag.net to resume service. You will not be compensated for a breach in contract.

4) Subscriptions and reoccurring payments
uFrag.net uses a subscription service for our payments please note that it’s the Users responsibilityto cancel this subscription should he/she not wish to continue on the service. uFrag.net will not give refunds under any circumstances should the User forget to cancel.

5) Faults, Downtime and Errors

The User accepts that there may occasionally be problems with computers and telecommunication systems. Consequently the User accepts that there may be periods of downtime, relating to the Services and/or Web Site, in which the User cannot access these. However, uFrag.net will maintain reasonable effort to minimize these periods. The User accepts that is such cases of downtime, they will have no claim of breach of contract. When possible uFrag.net will notify the User of predicted downtime and/or scheduled downtime for upgrades, updates, etc.

The above are very basic rules that 98% of people comply with, without having to think about it. You are free to use our services as long and as often as you please - whenever you please, as long as you conform to the Acceptable Use Policy. Users who are found, beyond a doubt, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, will have their account status seriously reviewed, leading to either suspension, or termination without a refund.
